Ingredients


Makes: 2 servings
  • 2 large crisp apples
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Apple Pie Spice
  • 2-3 tsp (10-15 ml) sugar, optional
  • 1 C (250 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt

Preparation


 
  • Cut apples in half. Use spoon to deseed core. Slice apples using 4-in-1 Mandoline.
  • Combine sliced apples, spice, and sugar in Rectangular Steamer.
  • Cover and cook in microwave for 3-5 min on high. Apples should be tender, but not mushy.
  • Top with Greek yogurt.
