Ingredients


Makes: 1¼ cups (10 servings)
  • 2 C (500 ml) cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) water
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Chia Jam Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) orange juice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) orange zest

Preparation


 
  • Combine cranberries, water, mix, maple syrup, orange juice, and zest in a Rectangular Steamer.
  • Cover; microwave on high, for 4–5 min.
  • Mash with Ground Meat Separator; let cool slightly, before serving.
