Makes: 2 C (500 ml)

Preparation


 
  • Sauté onions in olive oil in Fry Pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Add sugar, balsamic vinegar and water, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper. Can be refrigerated for up to one week.
  • Tip: Serve warm or cold with grilled meat or as a topping for pizza or burgers. Add a little crumbled goat or blue cheese for extra zip. Also great on an antipasto or appetizer platter, complete with cheese and pâtés.
