When it’s grilling season, caramelize the flavours of stone fruit for a wonderful grilled dessert. Fruit looks splendid with grill marks and is a winning combo when topped with Epicure sweet dip.


Ingredients
2 tsp
oil
14 tsp

peaches or 8 small plums, cut in half, pit removed
12 cup
2% plain Greek yogurt

Preparation
  1. In a prep bowl, combine oil and spice. Use a basting brush to brush on cut side of fruit.
  2. Place fruit, cut-side down, on grill over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes.
  3. While fruit is grilling, make dip: in a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt and dip mix.
  4. Place two halves of fruit on each serving plate. Top with 2 tbsp Greek yogurt dip.
Tips

When peaches are not in season, substitute peaches that are frozen or canned in juice and grill on a grill pan.
