Ingredients


Makes: 4–6 servings
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure Indonesian Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 12 oz (170 g) ramen noodles (curly Japanese noodles), crumbled
  • 1 (12 oz/340 g) bag broccoli slaw
  • Sesame Crunch Topper, – optional

Preparation


 
  • Whisk together first 6 ingredients to create dressing and set aside.
  • Heat Wok & Glass Lid, over medium heat. Add dressing and crumbled noodles. Stir while cooking for 3 minutes until noodles soften.
  • Add broccoli slaw, and toss to coat. (Add a little water to loosen noodles if necessary.) Season to taste, and top with Sesame Crunch Topper and serve.
